What we do
City Outdoor Advisors is helping municipal and other governmental authorities with regard to outdoor advertising. COA is offering three different services:
Orientation
Executing an objective orientation (market inventory, feasibility study, benchmark) to give detailed information about the current position and opportunities
Buying advice
Evaluation of existing contracts, help with negotiating better contracts
Tenders
Tendering of outdoor projects: either through direct negotiations or by using a public tender.
COA has all expertise with regards to European tenders.
